The Atlantic City Free Public Library has on display a new photograph exhibit that features the neighborhoods of Atlantic City.Get parking information and directions to the library
The exhibit, “48 Blocks of History,” features photos, including aerial pictures, of South Inlet, Northeast Inlet, Bungalow Park, Back Maryland, Venice Park, Westside, Downtown, Ducktown, Chelsea, Lower Chelsea and Chelsea Heights. It is located on the first floor of the Main Library and can be viewed during normal library hours through August.
Many of the photos come from the library’s Atlantic City Heritage Collections. The library created the exhibit in conjunction with 48 Blocks, a citywide celebration of arts and history, held in June. The exhibit was funded in part by 48 Blocks. Call (609) 345-2269 for more information.
