Description:
 Tai chi class for adults conducted by a certified tai chi instructor. Incorporates stretching and turning into a sequence of movements that reduce tension, improve circulation and balance and increase strength and flexibility. Often referred to as a moving meditation, this introductory class will explore other health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi. This program is free and open to the public.
