Suggested for ages 5 & older. Registration required. Once upon a time, at a library in Pleasantville, people celebrated the first Sci-Fi September. This year's events welcome all types of Sci-Fi, but especially focuses on a favorite Sci-Fi series created by George Lucas. Begin celebrating by entering a unique contest. Dress your Teddy Bear as an Ewok, and then submit a picture of your Ewok to the library. You can attach your picture to an e-mail (addressed to PleasantvilleBranch@aclsys.org) or submit a picture at the first floor circulation desk. Either way, be sure to share your name, age, telephone number, and e-mail address! The winner of our Ewok Teddy Bear Contest is announced at the Intergalactic Gala on September 20. (All Ewoks will be welcome to attend)
